In recent years, the emphasis in the food and beverage industry has shifted more and more towards quality and health. Hygiene is hereby the most important factor throughout the entire production process.This applies in particular to the inside of the product installation. The cleanliness of this installation is, therefore, crucial.
Critical areas within process installations include:
- Welding joints
- Flange connections
- Bends
- Valves
- Branches
- Etc.
These areas are most at risk for product build-up and contamination. This can generate a source of bacteria in the long term and possibly lead to congestion, in spite of the prescribed CIP/SIP procedure.
Industrial camera inspection
By using industrial camera inspections, the internal condition of the process installation is mapped out to the smallest detail and sources of contamination can be dealt with in a timely fashion. For our clients who are subject to HACCP and EHEDG regulations, we have inspection equipment which is used exclusively for these inspections. These systems are separately stored and are decontaminated and cleaned both before and after use.
